Originally designed and built by Alumac in the 1990’s and used extensively for 30 years, the air conditioner unit needed to be replaced so it was returned to Alumac for modification to suit the updated dimensions of the compressor unit and a refurbish.
The custom unit was then re-powder coated in a new colour to match the updated décor of the apartment. The result is a stylish and functional use of space that serves to conceal the air conditioner unit and provide an electric barbecue plate.
