Brass: Materials We Work With
We are one of only a handful of local Sydney metal fabricators who laser cut and fabricate brass¹.
We can work with lengths up to 4000mm (4m) x 2000mm (2m) including laser cutting, folding, bending and more.
Our fibre laser cutting service is able to process large sheet sizes economically.
Brass is a shiny alloy of copper and zinc, and may also contain very small amounts of other elements such as aluminium and silicon.
It’s particularly useful due to its low melting point, making it an excellent choice for laser cutting and folding.
It also features good thermal conductivity properties.
