We’ve incorporated a four-stage chrome-free immersion pre-treatment process, ensuring that our coatings adhere seamlessly to the surface while minimising environmental impact.
Central to our powder coating setup is the conveyorised powder application booth, featuring two automatic reciprocators. This configuration optimises the coating process, ensuring uniform coverage and minimising waste. With automation at the forefront of our procedures, we’re able to streamline our operations, boost productivity, and maintain consistency in output—all while reducing manual labour and potential errors.
Our LPG gas-fired curing oven is tailored to accommodate products up to 4 metres in length
providing ample space for various items in our production line. By harnessing LPG, we’re not only ensuring rapid curing times but also minimising our carbon footprint compared to traditional heating methods.
